Refund policy

Given that this product is made of wood and intricately designed, there may be slight variations in the design, texture, and colour of the actual product than shown in the image. Such variations are natural in the manufacturing of wooden products. Please do not consider this as a defect or a wrong delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note the shipping cost and return shipping cost will not be refunded to the customer. 
Pack it very carefully as the product is wooden to avoid any damage while returning it. The refund will not be processed if the item is broken during the return transit. 

If the customer receives a broken product - The goods received by the customer are damaged.  (We will consider the product damaged only when the customer makes a video of unboxing the product at the time of delivery).

  1. Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.). Additionally, please mention details about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as 'received'. Kindly send us a picture of the damaged good to be eligible for return.
    While unboxing any item, please make a video to ensure transparency. In case of a return request, please provide the unboxing video; only after which we will process your refund or exchange.

  2. The goods received by the customer are different from what was ordered.

  3. Notification regarding any of the above two points must be made to us within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery with the defective/damaged product images. By delivery, we mean that product has reached the end customer or a person as directed by the customer.

  4. The goods in their entirety, i.e., with all the parts, must be returned by the customer to The Engraved Store.

  5. The return (goods) must be unused and in its original packaging, along with the original price labels, tags, and invoices.

  6. The goods should not be carelessly packed for return, leading to further damage.

  7. Refunds shall be processed only when the return is received and inspected by us. Any communication in this regard shall be made by us to the customer to the e-mail id or phone number as mentioned at the time of purchase.

It must not be a custom-engraved product. No returns or exchanges for custom engraved products.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to reject refund and exchange requests for sale items.
