When you purchase something from our store, as part of the purchasing and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.


We never share your information with third parties, except those used by us such as google analytics and mail chimp. All information collected is used for our internal purposes. However, we may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.


To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.


We pack your order with extra care and get it to you just as fast as we can. Find out how to estimate shipping fees and delivery times below.


  • All the orders are rolled in paper and then wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in corrugated boxes
  • The protruding parts of metal objects are covered in high-quality plastic foam to avoid any damage due to shipping 


  • The shipping costs are calculated based on the volumetric weight, dimensions, and distance of the delivery location. These are final.


  • We ship out your order within 5 business days of receiving payment
  •  We are not liable for any delays by our shipping partner
  • If the ordered product is damaged during shipping we will replace it at no charge (We recommend customer records a video of unboxing).

Shipping Insurance

We guarantee your satisfaction and we will give you a replacement or a refund (if the same products are not available), for the package which is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Support Team.

Tracking your order

You can check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Currently tracking is not provided for international standard shipments.


By submitting a design/artwork/photograph for use to get a customized product created at The Engraved Store, the customer certifies that they have the right, to use the design/artwork/photographs for their usage and The Engraved Store stands here as a facilitator.

You agree not to share any files (for customization) consisting of the following:

  1. Material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability.
  2. Material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights.
  3. "The Engraved Store" retains the right to refuse an order which in our opinion is an infringement on the rights of a 3rd party. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions.


  • "The Engraved Store" is not responsible for errors committed by you during the course of customizing a product. These errors, though not limited to, may be a result of the following: misspelling, dimensions, grammar, punctuation, or image resolution.
