Returns & Refunds

General Disclaimer:


Given that this product is made of wood and intricately designed; there may be slight variations in the design, texture, and color of the actual product than shown in the image. Such variations are natural in the manufacturing of wooden products. Please do not consider this as a defect or a wrong delivery.

Given the above disclaimer, we consider the return and refund requests, if the following conditions are met:

  1. The goods received by the customer are damaged.  (We will consider the product damaged only when the customer makes a video of unboxing the product at the time of delivery).
  2. Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.). Additionally, please mention details about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as 'received'. Kindly send us a picture of the damaged good to be eligible for return.

    While unboxing any item, please make sure to make a video to assure transparency. In case of a return request please provide the unboxing video, only after which we will be processing your refund or exchange.

  3. The goods received by the customer are different from what was ordered.
  4. Notification regarding any of the above two points must be made to us within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery with the defective/damaged product images. By delivery we mean that product has reached the end customer or a person as directed by the customer.
  5. The goods in their entirety i.e, with all the parts, must be returned by the customer to The Engraved Store.
  6. The return (goods) must be unused and in its original packaging along with the original price labels, tags, and invoices.
  7. The goods should not be carelessly packed for return, thereby, leading to further damage.
  8. Currently, there is no pick-up facility for the products that are to be returned and the return must be made by the customer. 
  9. Refunds shall be processed only when the return is received and inspected by us. Any communication in this regard shall be made by us to the customer to the e-mail id or phone number as mentioned at the time of purchase.



-The product must be returned without any scratches or damage.

-Must be returned in its original packaging. 

-Must not be a sale item. All products on sale are non-refundable.

-Must not be a custom engraved product. No returns or exchange for custom engraved products.

- Must not have used a coupon code. No returns on orders that have a discount via promotional code

- Shipping cost is non-refundable.
